…is releasing his first book through Tarcher/Penguin publishing.

Can’t wait to get these books to you!  It’s gonna be great.

There’s so much more, if you haven’t seen it yet: Q&A with Jackson, an audiobook preview, book tour details, excerpts and reviews

And as if that’s not enough…there’s a huge giveaway coming soon.  No other info at this time because it’s still being created.  But we know a lot of you won’t be able to meet Jackson on his book tour.  Geography and all.

So we’re coming to you, via the interwebs.

We’re creating a contest so you can still be in on the excitement, community, and camaraderie of this great Cat Daddy Book Launch – stay tuned!

Very cool! Yes I experienced the same with my cat healing me through a tough time in my life. Very understandable, if you pay very close attention to them they can say so much without uttering a meow. I’m interested to see how deep you go with this. I look forward to reading it.

I read the book(pre -ordered on kindle) Talk about opening your heart chakra! I was moved to tears and l felt a real connection to you. The amount of love they share is amazing and they really leave a hole in your heart when they go but if you allow yourself to feel it, it opens your heart to love you had no idea you could experience. Much love and cat mojo! Linda (and Sky Blue, Isis, and in memeory of Tangerine, my own beautiful orange girl that I lost last July)

My daughter & I were at your Portland signing and while you and she were talking I tried & tried & cried to read thru the pages covering Benny’s last weeks, days and minutes. It so paralleled our experience and emotions that it felt like my Marley was there with me and we were going thru that same time again. You certainly have a way with words – wonderful book – you’ll need to add Author to your business card.

Jackson just want you to know that my husband and I have always been cat people but since your show has been coming on we have learned so much more about tthem. The depth of understanding that you have brought to us is amazing. We set aside the time that your show comes on so we don’t miss one minute of it. Thank god for the pause button on the remote!!! The relationship we have with our kitties is so much more meaningful and our knowledge of kitties was much much more than the average person. I was a vet tech for 27 years and so was exposed to a lot of the same sadness you were. All of ours are rescues of course. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your show and Animal Planet for realizing how much it would be watched and appreciated. We just wanted to send you our thanks. And believe me we will be tuned in for every one in the future. Even the reruns!!!!

Saw your Christmas Show and I found the ConColor Fir is GREAT because it smells like oranges but looks like a Blue Spruce and cats do not bother it! Is also really great if you have glass ornaments and want to display them! So not a well trimmed fir tree but more natural. Cats do not like orange or citrus smells! They still like tinsel; how many times I had to pull it out of my dear Noelle’s butt! Thank God Lady does not care! My little adoptee of 10 years ago; appeared at my door step at 9 months of age and now much more friendly(took a while) and my best friend!

My last three cats were strays that found me! This last one is rather shy and now 10 years after coming to me she is rubbing against my leg = yeah! Minored in psychology and learned that cats are most easily made neurotic. So sad They are the most pure love I have known; since having known one cat after another.

I would like to hear from you only because cats find me! I’d love a dog but work too far away!

We regret that Jackson does not answer questions posted in the comments. This is due to his demanding schedule and the high volume of requests he receives. But most importantly, since he has not met your cat, it would be contrary to his approach for him to give specific personalized advice for your specific situation. That being said, general questions and issues are addressed throughout this blog, in his book Cat Daddy and of course, the show My Cat From Hell.
