Please do a book signing in the Port St. Lucie, Florida area. Lots of us will be there to show our love and support. Thanks for all the great work!!!!!!!

Great news! I’m all for seeing Jackson be a cat ambassador. Everything he does will help to educate people about cat behavior, and hopefully save cats from being surrendered.

Only the Kindle edition? There are a LOT of us out here who use a Nook or other non-kindle reader. The kindle format is kept pretty close by Amazon.com and consequently us non-Kindle users are at a disadvantage. Sorry, although I watch your TV show regularly and share my home with 2 cats, but I won’t be buying your book. Amazon.com has worked hard to create a monopoly on the Kindle format and to force people to use it if they want to read a specific book, as in this case.

NUTS TO AMAZON and to you for letting this happen.

      Hi Nelson,
nook carries the book as well:

Sorry for any misunderstanding. We’re trying to make things clearer…as we realize there’s confusion about where the book is available. Really…it should be available anywhere books are sold.
Thanks so much for your comment – hopefully it helps other people, too!

Awesome, Jackson! So glad you’re giving hope to millions of our feline friends and their guardians through media exposure of yours and Benny’s story. I just got my copy yesterday for Mothers Day and plan to read and finish it this week. Can’t wait for you next season of “My Cat From Hell”!

I just saw the Nightline episode! Kudos! I have been working on trying to bring light to the millions of cats and dogs that are destroyed every day! I have two rescue cats… one was exactly like Ruby! I completely understand the relationship you had with Benny.. so many similarities.

I had a cat adopt my doorstep. I found her with a chunk of her neck taken out (likely by a dog)… I took her to an urgent care, spent a fortune on it, and ended up with her… and she hissed and scratched me for years… but in the end, became so loving and affectionate and wormed her way into my heart like no other cat. I understood her anger was her fear.. but, she became such an amazing friend. I now have two rescue girls. The first was the most amazing kitty, until about a year later I brought another rescue baby girl to be her friend.. you would have thought I brought home the devil… 7 years later, they still don’t like each other. The older is still paranoid, but has gotten better. They are better… it’s still a challenge… my anti-social girls!

We regret that Jackson does not answer questions posted in the comments. This is due to his demanding schedule and the high volume of requests he receives. But most importantly, since he has not met your cat, it would be contrary to his approach for him to give specific personalized advice for your specific situation. That being said, general questions and issues are addressed throughout this blog, in his book Cat Daddy and of course, the show My Cat From Hell.
