On this week’s episode of My Cat From Hell (Saturday, July 14, 2012) you’ll see Jackson and his friends at Pussy & Pooch. Check it out! It’s an amazing “urban oasis for pets and their people.”
And they know their stuff.
It starts with Full Service Dog/Cat Grooming Services and Self Serve bathing.
But they’ve also got a Pawbar – an in-store pet café with outdoor patio seating. And all of it fosters an interactive social setting. The products there are top notch, too. They showcase food & supplies with a focus on healthy nutrition and green living.
Thanks to Janene and Rob for their hospitality and their groomer, Shaunda for doing an awesome job (you’ll see Shaunda on the show!)

We regret that Jackson does not answer questions posted in the comments. This is due to his demanding schedule and the high volume of requests he receives. But most importantly, since he has not met your cat, it would be contrary to his approach for him to give specific personalized advice for your specific situation. That being said, general questions and issues are addressed throughout this blog, in his book CAT DADDY and of course, the show My Cat From Hell.

I love Pussy & Pooch – my human had a book signing for one of my books at the downtown store last year!
Please share what litter you recommended for Oscar! I had the good fortune to adopt a delightful blue point Himalayan from a Rescue’s listing on PetFinder.com. I have never had a cat declawed and am opposed to it but Abbie’s first person had her beautiful silver front paws declawed. Abbie currently uses Puppy Pads. Thanks to Oscar and you, now I know her declaw surgery may be the reason she’s not a fan of litter boxes, even if they are pink or purple!
Love learning that you don’t like toilet training for cats, now I don’t have to feel lazy not to have tried it.
