We regret that Jackson does not answer questions posted in the comments. This is due to his demanding schedule and the high volume of requests he receives. But most importantly, since he has not met your cat, it would be contrary to his approach for him to give specific personalized advice for your specific situation. That being said, general questions and issues are addressed throughout this blog, in his book CAT DADDY and of course, the show My Cat From Hell.

These are toooooo precious of sweet Caroline. OMG…just want to eat her up! :) We always watch the show and enjoy it! Our favorite new one is the one that aired last Sunday with the Mother Daughter team and the 2 dogs that she dressed up and fed with baby bottles….my husband and I were laughing so hard and had to keep rewinding it to make certain we saw what we thought we saw???!!! So glad you were able to help them…we hope they have continued success. Thanks for having the show, we will continue to watch!
    Diana & William and our kitties….Jackson & Greyson…sounds like a law firm don’t they? :)

Here’s another “pop” pet portrait artist who draws and paints everything by hand, versus digitally reproducing: http://www.bluegiraffeartworks.com

my rescue kitties Sherlock and Watson were born outside. They lost mommy at 2 months and also 2 brothers and sisters to coyotes. Watson likes to “Pee” on my clean laundry and pillows. He does this about once every 2 or three weeks. He does not do it to mark and he does not spray. He just GOES PEE. What is a mom to do I can not give him away, Sherlock would die. Please HELP

Possible urine crystals from the food he eats? My cat is like that, and associated the litter box with pain so he would often pee on a rug or any laundry left on the floor. We took him to the vet and they found crystals in his pee, so the vet prescribed special food for him to eat and clear it up. It worked fine and the special food is available at any pet store, we just have to show our card from the vet.

Love Caroline’s portrait. Do you think I could get my 5 cats to pose for a picture?? That would make a great Christmas gift for my husband. I can see it over the fireplace now…..

, I have 5 cats. 3 girls, and 2 boys. They range in age from 6 years, to 3 months old. I adore all of them! The problem i have started after my 18 year old son went off to college. Not long after he left, one of them started pooping outside the litterbox. I scoop them 2 a day, and try to take them outside for a good scrubbing as often as possible. I only have 2 litter boxes, large size. Is it possible I dont have enough litter boxes? signed cleaning the floor everyday in Kentucky

The portraits of Caroline are awesome. We have four cats. Two are brother and sister Ocicats, the other two are rescues. I have tried many remedies to help with the back sneezing with the two Ocicats and the one rescue, Mischa. Nothing seems to work. A couple of veterinarians have told us that it is the Feline calicivirus and there is no remedy. I was just wondering if you have encountered cats with this.
They do get the Vetri-Lysine chews daily, but from what I understand, they are more for the Herpes virus.
Love your show and your style. Everyone knows the Da Bird now!

I have four cats and all are rescues. They actually bring me more fun and joy than anything I have ever known. I have found that having a cat is like having any relationship. You only get out of it what you put into it. I spend so much time with my babies; Andi, Loulie, Tink and Birdie. They sometimes have issues with each other and that is usually when attention has not been equally distributed. I have found that it is important to give them equal time. It’s a very delicate balance and something you have to actually think about. But like I said, they are the joy of my life and I adore each one. It so wonderful that there is actually a “cat” show that is educational and entertaining. Most of the shows on TV are for dog people. Thanks for thinking of us “Crazy Cat People” out here Jackson. I just got your book and am enthralled so far. It’s hard to put down. Thanks again and please keep the shows coming.
