We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and we are very happy to help you. Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them.
Unopened items in perfect condition: We are happy to offer you a full refund on any items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. We do not however, cover the cost to ship the item back to us.
Damaged or broken items: We will replace it at no charge. Just contact us when you receive your order and we’ll walk you through the process. Our customer service team will require photos of the item and may ask you to perform a few troubleshooting steps, so it's best to reach out to us when you have the item with you. You may be required to return the item to us, in which case, we will provide a prepaid mailing label.
Other Items: Unsatisfied with your purchase? Please contact our customer service team. We will offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
