    CARE & CLEANING: 

    The cushion can be machine washed with NO DETERGENT on the coldest setting and then placed in the dryer (check every minute). Once dried, the fibers inside the cushion need to be manually stretched back to its original shape. For the rest of the tree, wipe with damp cloth, vacuum with brush vacuum and remove stains with a dry foam cleaner. Do not use liquid detergents.

    Great tree!

    The tree is very sturdy (Many are not). I put it partially in front of a window, so some baskets get morning sun. They love that! My 6 month old kitten goes all the way to the top and loves playing with the jingle balls. My 10 year old cat likes the lower basket in the sun.

    Great tree all around

    Our youngest cat, just a little under two, took to it immediately and absolutely loves it. She was climbing up and down it almost the second it was erected like the little maniac she is. Our eldest cat, a bit under fifteen, took a little time to get used to it starting only on the first bowl and slowly getting comfortable with each level over the course of two weeks. He does not care much for change which was a little shock going from the horrid tree we had before to this nice new one but as of now him and his sister sleep in every bowl and are constantly changing spaces throughout the day. Today, he finally "took the leap" and used it to access their cat highway as intended. I would say they love it, we definitely love it, great purchase.
