Ethel bowls are definitely more appealing to the cats. Both of our cats have really taken a liking to them. Jackson Galaxy is certainly a wealth of knowledge for cat parents. We’ve been blessed with really amazing cats.

I got one of each. I used to have silicon flat mat for 1 cat and a metal bowl for my rescue cat. My rescue cat is picky about metal and the flat dishware only encouraged messes. The slight curved sides of the oval dish kept things clean, and the slanted bowl of the other dish helped my rescue feel her plate was always full! Thank you, I am very happy with both dishes! Not to mention cleaning them is a breeze!
